An iOS app that lets the Deputies access a number of forms in one place. The key driver was ease of use and time savings. Many of the features of the app kept these tenants at the forefront of the development effort. Equall important was the emphasis on using the features built into the phone. The SHF deputy can store all their identifying data so that it is automatically part of the form. If the deputy is out of range of cell or wifi, they can work offline and the form will be delivered once back in range. This means they don’t need to be in range to use the forms. This is critical in the County of Santa Cruz where cell or wifi coverage can be spotty.Data Posse takes advantage of what the deputies already carry, their iPhone , to electronically carry required forms, easily use and deliver critical data quickly and consistently. The forms were not just converted but were enhanced to make them an even more critical part of their toolkit.

This application makes it easy for the homeowner to get details about there parcel and with the Santa Cruz County community facing a critical housing shortage and high housing costs, the County is interested in expanding access to affordable housing for residents. ADU's have the potential to help ease the housing shortage, and to provide places to rent that are more affordable than a standard single-family home.

A custom DNN plug-in created for the Santa Cruz County Clerk to integrate into their Content Management System. The application allows for couples to have the access to schedule their special day, in the palm of their hand.
